At Adstriver, we believe that EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) is a key element in building a stronger, more creative, and more sustainable company. This is why we have made it a core part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy.

We have implemented several initiatives to support our commitment to EDI, such as training our employees on diversity and inclusion, establishing diversity and inclusion policies within the company, and promoting the fair representation of all social groups within our workforce.

Finally, we are proud to be part of the community of companies working to create a more equitable and inclusive world for all.

Societal – Based in Lagny-sur-Marne since its founding in 2016, Adstriver strives to energize local employment by prioritizing the recruitment and training of employees from communities within the economic basin of Seine-et-Marne (77).

Environmental – Sensitive to the challenges of environmental protection and sustainable development, Adstriver is an active member of the ENSAM NOU KAPAV collective, an ecological association working towards a green and virtuous society.
